The curve and gesture of the natural valley combined with modern landscape design, and rustic plantings blended into hardscape and softscape elements giving a chance for residents to walk, jog and play in an ultimate green space on ground level. Under the pooling layer “Stars cave” is located, the design team aims to create a linking path from ground level directly to the main facility on the podium floor. Indulge natural views from the upper terrace on the 4th-floor terrace garden, which stacks up as a small hill and also forms in curved shape as a stepping planter. There is a sunken seating area called “the secret cave” that creates a unique sitting experience of hiding away from the outside chaos.

On the 5th floor, Where the 30-meter-swimming pool is located, a naturally shaped pool as a “lagoon” in the middle of the valley surrounded by various trees and ventilation flow from the space between the building circulating the fresh air. This pool was set up with a hydrotherapy system allowing residents to swim, relax and enjoy in an immersive way. A variety of plants that mimic the wilderness in nature were selected to act as a natural air filter in order to improve the living standards of its residents.

Apart from the garden area on the first floor. It has the roof “sky deck” on top of the buildings, which uses “the top of the valley” as a concept design.
